quests/missions=new towns and outposts - Guild Wars Forums

when i do quests and missions do they take me to new towns and outposts?

Some missions teleport you to certain town or another mission outpost. But quests may only lead you to towns/outposts(that mean some quests end in towns/outposts but you gotta go by yourself).
